It was an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff was very good and cooperative. The manager Mr Rasul had a very good sense of humour and was very welcoming. The serving staff in breakfast were very good and the quality of the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were tidy and in order. I would like to again book in the same hotel when I visit Istanbul. I was content with the services of the hotel.

the rooms were really nice and the building was absolutely sparkling clean, it smelt lovely . the staff go above and beyond for you. I asked for a balcony and they changed me straight away , they brought outside deliveries to my room and they were so polite and friendly. they ordered taxis for me and explained to the taxi man where I was going which was great .

Nice comfortable business hotel close to the Gebze marmaray train station (20' by foot) and close to the city center (20' also). Restaurants and small shops near by, convenient place for a week stay in Gebze, I always appreciated to find someone at the front desk to help for support. Hotel offers free sauna.

Overall, this is a good option for transit. Big rooms, comfortable beds and the staff was quite nice. On our first room, we couldnt close the window, but they tried their best solving the issue pretty quick.
